International Press Softcom's Director retires
Ng Kim Leong announced his retirement at Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2012.
The Board of International Press Softcom announced the retirement of Ng Kim Leong as Director. Mr Ng retired at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2012.
Mr Ng, 73, acted as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, member of the Audit and Nominating Committees in accordance with the Terms and Reference of the respective Committees and as a Board member exercised joint and several responsibilities with the Board of Directors.
He was appointed to the posy 10 August 1999.
