Jack Wang Chicheng retires as Biosensors International Group executive director

But he will continue to remain as chief technology officer of the company.

Biosensors International Group announced the appointment of Jack Wang Chicheng as executive director.

Dr Wang, 53, retired pursuant to Bye-law 104 of the Company, has decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24 July 2014.

As executive director, he was responsible for the company's manufacturing, engineering and technology activities, according to a Biosensors International Group report.

He was appointed as executive director on 8 November 2010.
