Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings’ Director and Chairman of the Company resigns

Cheung Kwok Wing was included in the company’s board downsizing plan.

Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings’ Director and Chairman of the Company Cheung Kwok Wing has been removed from his post as the renewal of Mandate for Interested Person Transactions was not approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 29 April 2011 with the intent to reduce the Board size of the Company since the scale of operation of the Group has downsized.

Mr Cheung was responsible for the overall strategic planning of the Kingboard Copper Foil ("KBCF") Group and sets the general direction and goals for the KBCF Group, according to a Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings report.
