Latitude Tree Intl. appoints Lin Chen Jui-Fen as CEO

Her obligations constitute development of the overall corporate strategies and business development of the Group.

The Board of Latitude Tree Int. announced the appointment of Lin Chen Jui-Fen as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Executive Director. Mde Lin’s replaces the late Mr Lin Tzu-Keng. The Nominating Committee has reviewed and considered Mdm Lin's working experience and recommended the appointment of Mdm Lin as the CEO and Executive Director of the Company. The Board has approved her appointment as CEO and Executive Director of the Company.

Mdm Lin is responsible for the development of the overall corporate strategies and business development of the Group.

Before her appointment, she was Managing Director of Latitude Tree Holdings Berhad, from May 2009 to January 2012. She was also the Executive Director of Latitude Tree Holdings Berhad from April 1997 to May 2009.
