Datapulse Technology announced the resignation of Ng Lee Leng as company secretary.
Mr Ng, 38, who was in charge of corporate secretarial duties of the company, resigned to pursue other personal interests, according to a Datapulse Technology report.
He was appointed to the post on 7 September 2009.
