Sinjia Land announced the resignation of Peter Tan as group chief financial officer effective 28 November 2014.
Mr Tan, 61, is responsible for the group's financial management; system implementation; internal controls; treasury and banking; and mergers and acquisitions, according to a Sinjia Land report.
He was appointed to the post on 3 January 2011.
