She has been promoted as a full fledged government servant.
The Board of Qingmei Group Holdings announced the resignation as Director.
Ms Ni, 34, has been promoted as a full fledged government servant. As such, she is no longer allowed to hold any position in the private sector.
She was also a Member of the Nominating Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, according to a Qingmei Group Holdings report.
She was appointed to the post 28 December 2009.
