Zhongxin Fruit and Juice announced the retirement of Tham Poh Weng as independent non-executive director.
Mr Tham, 57, was also chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Nominating Committees.
He was appointed to the post on 23 June 2006, according to a Zhongxin Fruit and Juice report.
