Giken Sakata Singapore announced the resignation of Valentin Schillo as independent director effective 16 September 2014.
Mr Schillo, 36, was also a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
He was appointed to the post on 1 January 2014, acording to a Giken Sakata Singapore report.
