Wong Gang retires as Fujian Zhenyun Plastic Industry director
His retirement is based on the company's Articles of Association, which stipulates that the term for independent directors shall not exceed six years.
The Board of Fujian Zhenyun Plastic Industry announced the retirement of Wong Gang as non-executive director.
Mr Wong Gang, 43, was the company's lead independent director, chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee, according to a Fujian Zhenyun Plastic Industry report.
He was appointed to the post 22 May 2007.
