Yongmao Holdings' Director Hoon Chee Wai resigns
His resignation was due to the requirement of his new appointment.
The Board of Yongmao Holdings announced the resignation of Hoon Chee Wai as Director.
Mr Hoon, 44, was also a member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to a Yongmao Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 25 July 2011.
