GMG Global announced the resignation of Zhang Zenggen as non-executive chairman and director.
Mr Zhang, 50, was also chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to a GMG Global report.
He was appointed to the post on 29 July 2010.
