Chasen Holdings transfers to SGX Mainboard

Part of long-term growth strategy.

Singapore Exchange (SGX) announced the official listing of Chasen Holdings Limited on Mainboard, under the stock code of “5NV”.

Chasen Holdings was listed on Catalist in 2007. Chasen Holdings is an investment holding company with subsidiaries providing specialist relocation solutions, facilities for packing and warehousing of machinery and equipment for the region's manufacturing industries, technical and engineering services. Headquartered in Singapore, it caters mainly to the Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, China and Timor Leste markets.

Mr Low Weng Fatt, Managing Director and CEO of Chasen Holdings, said: “Our transfer to the SGX Mainboard marks a prominent milestone in Chasen’s history as the Group embarks on longer term business strategies to ride on the growth of the Asian economies.
