Phillip Capital Management unveils maiden Asia Pacific REITs ETF in Singapore

It aims to provide low-cost access to APAC REITs.

The Asian fund management company has launched its first Exchange Traded Fund to be listed on the local bourse.

According to a press release by Phillip Capital Management, the ETF seeks to track the performance of the dividend-weighted SGX APAC Ex-Japan Dividend Leaders REIT Index.

The release added that it also aims to provide investors transparent and low cost access to the diverse basket of quality Asia Pacific REITs which offer stable divident income.

“The Index will represent over 70% of the region’s REITs by total market capitalisation, taking into consideration the REITs’ size, free-float market capitalisation and liquidity,” the pres release noted.
