It will participate in the derivatives market and will focus on Taiwan trades.

Polaris Futures is the first listed futures company in Taiwan and will help connect local investors to Asian issuers through SGX, the exchange said in a release announcing in the member induction.

“We are delighted that Polaris Futures has chosen to be a Trading Member in our derivatives market, supporting our customers in Taiwan by providing easy access to Asia via Singapore.
