Temasek buys stake in Chile airline

Temasek Holdings has purchased a 1.18 percent stake in LAN Airlines, Chile's flagship carrier.

Chilean President Sebastian Pinera is said to have sold a 3.3 percent stake in the airline in an auction, bringing the billionaire closer to divesting his holdings in LAN Airlines.
