Chinasing Investment appoints Ling Chung Yee Roy as Director
Mr Ling is also a Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominating Commitees.
The Board of Chinasing Investment announced the appointment of Ling Chung Yee Roy as Director. Mr Ling is recommended by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board after reviewing his background, qualifications and experience.
Mr Ling, 34, is also a Managing Director of RL Capital Management from 2010 to present. In the past, he was Vice President of JPMorgan Chase from 2009 to 2010 and Vice President of Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2008, according to a Chinasing Investment report.
This signals chemical firm Eastman’s commitment to its Asian clients.
