K1 Ventures announced the appointment of Paul Tan as alternative director to Mr Teo Soon Hoe.
Mr Tan, 60, is currently group controller at Keppel Corp since 2006. Before this, from 1983 to 2005, he held various management appointments within Keppel Group, according to a K1 Ventures report.
