SPH incorporates three subsidiaries
Comet Holdings Pte Ltd, Earth Holdings Pte Ltd and Moon Holdings Pte Ltd are all investment holdings.
Singapore Press Holdings Limited (SPH) on announced that it has incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries with a paid up capital of S$2.00 each on 6 August 2010.
SPH said it is not expecting the acquisition to have an impact on the earnings for thefinancial year ending 31 August 2010.
