Soh Sai Kiang resigned as Artivision Technologies' director

He is a co-founder of the Company.

Mr. Soh, 48, was appointed chairman of the board on June 7, 2004. He resigned to facilitate renewal of the Board and pave way to new leadership of the Company.

He was head of Business Development for UOB Kay Hian and director for Capital Markets (Singapore) in 2001. He was head of Internet Trading in Lum Chang Securities from 1999 to 2001.

He was non-executive chairman for Artimedia Technologies and Artivision Technologies until December 29, 2016. He was director from June 7, 2004 to December 29, 2016.

He is lead independent director for Sin Heng Heavy Machinery since October 2013 and its non-executive and independent director since August 1, 2012. He is director of Artisecurity Technologies, ArtiSearch, and ArtiMobile, all subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. Soh holds Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from National University of Singapore in 1993.
