CCM Group appoints Soo Koh Wah as Acting Financial Controller

Soo temporarily assume the post after the Chong Chee Seng untimely demise.

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") notes that the Company's current Financial Controller, Soo Koh Wah will be appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer with the unfortunate demise of the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Chong Chee Seng . Mr. Chong was 47.

The Company will search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer and will make further announcements once a suitable Chief Financial Officer is appointed.

Mr. Soo, 30, will be responsible for managing the Group’s finance functions and oversees the Group’s accounting, finance, tax, investor relations and compliance matters.

He worked as Financial Controller from July 2011 in CCM Group Limited; as Finance Manager in the same company from September 2009 to July 2011. He also worked as Senior Associate of Moore Stephen LLP from March 2007 to September 2009.
