Grand Banks Yachts Executive Director resigns

Yet Robert William Livingston II maintains his postion as the company's CEO.

The Board of Directors of Grand Banks Yachts has been successfully reconstituted and stabilized. As such, Mr. Robert William Livingston II has decided to resign from his post as an Executive Director effective immediately. He shall remain the Chief Executive Officer of the Group. As stated previously on 24 October 2011, Mr. Livingston's re-appointment to the Board was on an interim basis, according to a Grand Banks Yachts report.

Mr. Livingston II is responsible for the overall management of the Group's operations worldwide.
