Venture Corp's Director resigns
Soo Eng Hiong was redesignated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director last January 1.
The Board of Venture Corporation annouced the retirement of Soo Eng Hiong as Director.
Mr Soo, 56, retires according to the Articles of Association of the Company. He was re-designated as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director effective 1 January 2012), according to a Venture Corp report.
He was appointed to the post November 18, 2003.
