Vicom Ltd names Mary Lee Peck Kim as Head of Finance
She will replace Ms Tam Wui Kuern, who has resigned.
The Board of Vicomannounced the appointment of Mary Lee Peck Kim as Head of Finance. The appointment of Ms Lee is to replace Ms Tam Wui Kuern, who has resigned. Management has approved the appointment of Ms Lee as Head of Finance of the Company after taking into consideration her professional qualification and working experience.
Ms Lee, 52, will be in charge of VICOM's financial and accounting functions in Singapore and responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting functions and compliance requirements relating to VICOM with respect to Singapore laws and regulations, according to a Vicom report.
She has been Head of Finance in ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd from 2007 until her appointment. Before this, she was VP Group Finance in ComfortDelGro Corporation Limted (transferred from Comfort Group Ltd to ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited after merger with DelGro Corporation Ltd in 2003) from 2003 to 2007.
