Lindeteves-Jacoberg appoints Wang Xiangyao as director

He will also be chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Renumeration Committee.

Lindeteves-Jacoberg announced the appointment of Wang Xiangyao as independent director.

Mr Wang, 58, is currently head of accountancy school and professor at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics since October 2002. Before this, he was associate professor/professor at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics from January 2000 to October 2002, according to a Lindeteves-Jacoberg report.
