Singapore's 10 swankiest condos of all time

One of them costs a whopping $42m.

While it's true that a host of government cooling measures have dampened the residential property market in Singapore, with many discouraged by a sales tax of 18% for most foreigners, it still remains amongst top international markets for real estate.

A recent survey by YouGov for instance ranked Singapore as the 3rd most preferred country for overseas foreign property buyers, next to Australia and Malaysia. After all, apart from being a popular destination for expats as a key demand factor, Singapore is also known for some iconic high-end projects that redefine luxury living.

Singapore Business Review spoke with several property experts to list down some of what they think are the stylishly luxurious condos of all time.
