Three residential sites at Mount Vernon Road, Jalan Lempeng and Kovan Road / Simon Road are up for sale by public tender.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority and Housing Development Board have launched the three land parcels for sale under the Confirmed List of the 2nd half 2011 Government Land Sales Programme. Together, these sites will yield about 1,830 units, adding to the 14,945 units which have been launched under the GLS Programme this year.

Details of the three residential sale sites are as follows:
Land Parcel at Mount Vernon Road
Located in the central region and near Bartley MRT station, the land parcel has a site area of about 2.1ha and can potentially provide some 785 housing units. Residents of the future development will also enjoy easy access to the rest of the island via CTE, PIE and KPE.

Land Parcel at Jalan Lempeng
The land parcel, with a site area of about 2.4ha, is located in the west region near Clementi Town Centre. It can potentially yield about 685 housing units and is easily accessible via Clementi MRT station and the nearby PIE and AYE.

Land Parcel at Kovan Road / Simon Road
Situated within an established residential estate in the north east region, the land parcel has a site area of about 1.7ha and can potentially yield about 360 housing units. Residents of the future development will also enjoy convenient access to the nearby Kovan MRT Station.
