Jervois Road tender sale tops at 118.9 million

Guess which bidder is poised to win the premium residential site.

After the closing of the tender, S.L. Development Pte. Limited registered the highest bid. This translates to a tendered sale price in $9480.15/sqm of gross floor area for the 12,542 sqm site.

Eastwood Park Pte Ltd came in at second with a tendered sale price of $110 million while third-place Elitist Development Pte Ltd placed a bid of $103 million, the Urban Redevelopment Board said in a release. There were a total of 17 bidders with the lowest placed for $71.8 million.

The site at Jervois Road launched for public tender late last month. The winner will be announced at a later date.
