With their tendered sale price of S$194.60 million, the group of Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd, Investment Focus Pte Ltd and Oriental Worldwide
Investments Inc beat out 10 other bidders for the residential site, said the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

The Kovan Road / Simon Road land parcel has a site area of 16,994.1 sq.m. and a maximum permissible gross floor area of 35,688 sq.m.

The second and third highest bids came in at S$192.77 million and S$180.80 million, respectively.
