Tender starts on Farrer Drive residential site

The roughly 6,268-sqm site is located in the Central Region and has a minimum bid price of  $88,888,000.

Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only, said the Urban Redevelopment Authority in a release.

The Farrer Drive land parcel entered the sale market last April through the Reserve List system, and has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 10,030 sqm. Development will have a maximum building height of 8 storeys, and a projected completion period of 60 months.

"The land parcel is located in an established private residential area within the central region. It enjoys good accessibility to major arterial roads and expressways such as Farrer Road, Holland Road, Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). With Farrer Road MRT station nearby, future residents will enjoy convenient access to all parts of Singapore," said the URA.
