Why is Hillsta a hit with Singaporeans?

Over 90% of its residential launch units went to locals living in the Choa Chu Kang-Bukit Panjang district.

At launch, Hillsta released 193 units consisting of 131 one to three-bedroom condos, 56 one to three-bedroom SOHO apartments and 6 townhouses, with prices starting at $600,000 for a 570 sqft one-bedroom condo.

Hillsta, a traditional Japanese-inspired integrated residential development located in the Choa Chu Kang Road/ Phoenix Road address, will have a total of 416 units over its 15,385.6 sqm site area.

In a release, Hillsta developers noted its accessibility to MRT stations, being 5 minutes away from Phoenix LRT stationa and 10 minutes from Bukit Panjang LRT, which in the future will become part of the Downtown Line. They noted that Hillsta also carries the same popular SOHO units that made its sibling development, The Tennery, a fast-selling development.

"Given the popularity of our SOHO units in this area, including at the nearby The Tennery which was sold out within a year of its launch, we are offering more of such units in Hillsta. We are confident that the combination of proximity to amenities, serene nature and housing choices, together with Sekisui House’s innovative design philosophy, will attract homebuyers,” said Mr Chia Boon Kuah, Chief Operating Officer of Property Sales, Far East Organization, one of the developers behind Hillsta.

TOP for Hillsta is set for December 2017.
