The said region formed 62.5% of the total home sales.

Developers saw an uptick in sales volume for the month of January, up 18.3% to 381 units sold. According to PropNex, properties in the Outside Central Region (OCR) was the most sought after in the said month, accounting for 62.5% of new private home sales with 238 units.

On the other hand, the 110 units sold in Rest of Central (RCR) and the 33 units sold in Core Central Region (CCR) accounted for 28.9% and 8.7%, respectively.
