Private condo prices rise by 0.1% in September

The price index of small units grew the most by 0.9%.

The overall Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) rose 0.1% from 144.2 to 144.4.

According to the National University of Singapore (NUS), the SRPI Central rose by 0.4% to 132.8.

SRPI Non-Central was the only index to show a decline of 0.2% to 156.4.

The SRPI of small units saw the most growth of 0.9% MoM to 160.7.

The Central region sub-basket comprises properties within the overall SRPI basket located in Postal Districts 1 through 4 and 9 through 11, whilst properties in the other postal districts are in the non-Central region sub-basket.
