Six residential sites up for sale in April
These land parcels will produce a combined 2,380 units, but are any going to be near your location?
The 3 land parcels at Sengkang Square, Buangkok Drive and Pasir Ris Drive 3, which can yield about 1,780 housing units, have been confirmed for sale and development for privat housing, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) in a release.
"In addition, 2 other residential sites at Alexandra View and Farrer Drive are also made available for application on the Reserve List. The land parcel at Farrer Road will be released for sale on the Reserve List on 30 April 2012," it added.

Land Parcels at Sengkang Square and Buangkok Drive. These two sites are located in the heart of Sengkang Town and are in close proximity to the Sengkang and Buangkok MRT Stations. Located in the north-east region, the two sites can together provide 1,290 dwelling units.
Land Parcel at Pasir Ris Drive 3. The land parcel is located within an established residential estate in Pasir Ris Town. The land parcel with a site area of 2.2 ha is located near Pasir Ris MRT station and Pasir Ris Bus Interchange.
Land Parcel at Alexandra View/ The land parcel is located next to the Redhill MRT station. With a site area of 0.8 ha, the future residential development will be a short drive away from Orchard Road, Central Business District, Marina Bay and the Southern Waterfront area where VivoCity and Sentosa are located.
Land Parcels at Farrer Drive and Farrer Road. These two sites are located in an established private residential area within the central region. Earmarked for private residential development, the two sites can potentially yield about 140 units and are easily accessible by major arterial roads and expressways such as Farrer Road, Holland Road, Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
Other Details. Tender for the sites at Sengkang Square, Pasir Ris Drive 3 and Buangkok Drive will close at 12 noon on 31 May 2012, 5 June 2012 and 12 June 2012 respectively. Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on the tendered land price only.
