UOL to launch Katong Regency on April 19
Prices for the 244-unit development along Tanjong Katong Road start at $950,000.

UOL Group will launch this Thursday Katong Regency, a rare freehold residential project in District 15 on the former Lion City Hotel and Hollywood Theatre sites.
The 244-unit development along Tanjong Katong Road is priced from about $950,000 for 550-square feet one-bedroom unit, $1.38 million for 960-square feet two-bedroom unit, $2.05 million for 1,389-square feet three-bedroom unit and $2.52 million for 1,970-square feet three-bedroom penthouse unit.
Katong Regency is the residential portion of the mixed-use development which includes a sizeable retail mall called ONE KM. The name signifies its central location and positioning as a knowledge mall which also offers lifestyle, entertainment and gastronomy.
