Amazon Prime Now enters Singapore
The retail service’s app is available on the iOS and Play Store.
Bloomberg reported that Amazon.com Inc. has made its entry into Southeast Asia with the launch of its Prime Now services app in Singapore's iOS and Play Store.
The Prime Now service will have customers' online orders of various products delivered to their doorsteps in two hours, Amazon said.
In an interview with Bloomberg Finance, Amazon Prime Now director, Asia Pacific, Henry Low said, "Southeast Asia is a burgeoning marketplace for us with more than 600 million consumers, growing wealth and digitization."
