The Nautilus Project launched at ION

Food & Beverage entrepreneur Ingrid Prasatya launches flagship restaurant, The Nautilus Project at ION Orchard.

Director of The Society Group, Prasatya says, “Basically, there was no-one offering a mid to high-end seafood concept. This was the perfect opportunity not just to fill the vacuum, but also build The Society Group brand by positioning The Nautilus Project as our new flagship.”

Prasatya adds, “This year has been particularly tough for everyone. However, we are not walking on water; we have a solid foundation and have a passionate team of experts onboard. We are committed to using only the freshest market produce, fulfilling the needs of our customers, and encouraging our Chefs to pursue innovation and excellence.”

The Society Group’s Corporate Executive Chef Jason Dell says, “The Nautilus Project specialises in Pan Asian seafood and is a highly interactive dining concept, specifically designed so customers can enjoy a new lifestyle experience.”
