Capitaland Retail China Trust Management named Tan Tze Wooi as CEO designate

He will become CEO upon receipt of regulatory approval.

Mr. Tan, 43, was appointed deputy CEO last December 1, 2016. With 20 years of financial experience in real estate, corporate banking, credit and auditing in both Singapore and China, he is to spearhead the continued growth of the group. He is to relinquish his role as regional general manager of North China for CapitaLand Mall Asia which he has since March 2014.

He was regional deputy general manger from July 2013 to February 2014. Before that, he was general manager of Investment & Asset Management from September 2011 to July 2013 and deputy head of Investment & Asset Management from April 2010 to September 2011 for CapitaLand Mall Asia. He was vice president of Investment & Asset Management from October 2008 to December 2014 and senior manager from January 2007 to September 2008 for CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management. He was senior manager for CapitaLand Mall Trust Management from July 2005 to December 2006.

He is a chartered financial analyst and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
