CCFH appoints Mah Seong Kung as Director
He will also be an Audit Committee Chairman and Member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
The Board of CCFH announced the appointment of Mah Seong Kung as Director.
Aside from being an Independent Director, Mr Mah, 45, will also be an Audit Committee Chairman and Member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a CCFH report.
At present, he is Principal of Biztrack Public Accounting Corporation. In the past. he was Director of Biztrack Partnership Pte Ltd from 2009 to 2012 and Executive Director of Omega Capital from 2004 to 2009.
