Epicentre Holdings names Yun Chee Keen as Chief Financial Officer

He will replace Chua Oi Keng in overseeing all aspects of financial planning, internal control compliance, financial reporting.

The Board of Epicentre Holdings announced the appointment of Mr Yun Chee Keen ("Mr Yun") as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") is to replace Ms Chua Oi Keng, who had resigned on 25 November 2011. Based on Management's proposal that Mr Yun be appointed as CFO of the Company, the Audit Committee and Nominating Committee recommended to the Board and the Board subsequently approved the appointment, after taking into consideration his professional qualification and working experience.

Mr. Yun will be responsible to provide leadership and direction for all aspects of financial planning, internal control compliance, financial reporting, IT, HR and legal matters for Epicentre Holdings Limited and its group of companies. This is also include communication of financial performance and forecast of the Group to the Board of Directors, Corporate Sponsor and SGX, according to an Epicentre Holdings report.

Mr Yun was the CFO of Natural Cool Holdings from July 2005 to January 2012. As the CFO, Mr Yun oversees the various functions of accounting, financial reporting, cost management accounting, foreign exchange management, credit control, management information system, tax, cash flow planning and fiancial systems of the Natural Cool Group. Prior to joining Natural Cool Holdings Limited, Mr Yun was the Group Financial Controller of Nico Steel Holdings Limited from 2000 to 2005.
