Ibrahim Abdelazim Aboutaleb resigned as Courts Asia's non-independent and non-executive director

He resigned from The International Investor Company (TII).

Mr. Ibrahim, 52, was nominated by TII to take a board seat and was appointed on June 30, 2015. He resigned from TII thus the resignation from the board.

He was assistant chief executive officer for Al Imtiaz Investment Company (Kuwait) from 2008 to 2009. He has been working for The International Investor (Kuwait) since June 2010. He also works for Courts (Singapore) and Courts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. He was financial advisor for the Arab Open University headquarter in Kuwait in 2008.
