Isetan Singapore's Director retires
Tan Boen Hian was also Remuneration Committee Chairman and a member of the Audit and Nominating Committees.
The Board of Isetan Singapore announced the retirement of Tan Boen Hian retired as an Independent Director at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2012.
Aside from being an Independent Director, Mr Tan, 65, Remuneration Committee Chairman, member of Audit and Nominating Committees.
He was appointed to the post 3 September 1981.
