JEL Corpration's Director retiresEdward Fu Shu Sheen was also Chairman of Remuneration Committee and Member of Audit and Nominating Committees. The Board of JEL Corp announced the retirement of Edward Fu Shu Sheen as Director. Mr. Fu, 63, retired at Annual General Meeting held on 25 April 2012, according to a JEL Corp. report. Mr Fu was appointed to the post 5 November 2007.
