Keppel DC REIT Management announced that resignantion of Martiz Bin Mansor as joint company secretary, with effect from 18 November 2016.
In an SGX filing, the company did not mention explanation for resignation.
Following Mansor's resignation, Chua Hua Yeow Kelvin will remain as the firm's secretary.
