Keppel FELS poised to deliver fifth accommodation vessel to Floatel

It was completed on time and on budget.

Keppel FELS is right on track to deliver a fifth high-specification accommodation semisubmersible (semi) to Floatel International on time, on budget, and with a flawless saftey record.

According to the Keppel Offshore & Marine subsidiary’s news release, the semi was built to Keppel’s propriety SSAU 5000NG design. It will be chartered by INPEX Operations Australia or work in Ichthys Field, off Western Australia.

Keppel FELS further reports that its yards remain busy for the rest of the year, with a number of deliveries in the pipeline.

The semi, named Floatel Triumph, is the fifth delivered vessel to Floatel following Floatel Superior, Floatel Reliance, Floatel Victory and Floatel Endurance.
