Temasek now owns 5% stake: Cosco

The state investor has become a substantial shareholder of Cosco, next to China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company.

According to a Reuters report, the shipping company said Temasek has increased its stake to 5 percent and became aware of it on 8 April.

Cosco's latest annual report revealed Temasek is deemed to have an interest in 111,968,114 ordinary shares in which its associated companies have or are deemed to have an interest.
