COSCO Corporation's Vice Chairman Jiang Li Jun resigns

Jiang Li Jun was included in the group's rotation of key management talents among its business units.

The Board of COSCO Corporation announced the resignation of Jiang Li Jun as Vice Chairman and Non-executive Director.

Jiang Li Jun, 57, was in charge of ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the Board's governance process, according to a COSCO report.

Jiang was appointed to the post 22 November 2011.
