ICP Ltd appoints Soh Chiong Siong as CFO

He was senior manager for special project at Frasers Centrepoint Corporate Office.

ICP Ltd announced the appointment of Soh Chiong Siong as chief financial officer.

Mr Soh, 56, will be in charge of the accounting and financial functions including accounting, internal controls, financial management, reporting financial analysis, M&A, risk management and compliance matters of the company and the group, according to an ICP Ltd report.

He was senior manager for special project at Frasers Centrepoint Corporate Office from July 2012 to November 2014, financial controller at Frasers Commercial Trust from May 2009 to June 2012 and regional director of finance and CFO of Frasers Centrpoint hospitality division from October 2001 to April 2009.
