Singapore Shipping Corp appoints Lee Kin Meng as general counsel and company secretary

He will be responsible for Group's legal and corporate matters.

Singapore Shipping Corp announced the appointment of Lee Kin Meng as general counsel and company secretary.

Mr Lee, 42, joined LCD Global Investments Ltd ("LCD") in 2005 and left LCD on 6 May 2014 as group legal counsel/company secretary. In the interim, Mr Lee left LCD to join Banyan Tree Holdings as group legal counsel/company secretary in 2008 but returned to LCD in 2009. In January 2012, he was appointed Co-Company Secretary for LCD and Lum Chang Holdings. Previously, Mr Lee also held the post of legal counsel in Jurong Port Pte Ltd in 2004, according to a Singapore Shipping Corp report.
