FDS Networks Group announced the resignation of Kuan Cheng Tuck as independent director.
Mr Kuan, 42, was also chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to an FDS Networks Group report.
He was appointed to the post 15 September 2007.
